Hello, I'm Dr. Bishal, a medical doctor from Nepal with a curious mind and a creative heart. I've always been someone who loves to learn, whether it's diving into medical cases or sketching late at night. Back in school, I was known for being a studious student, but I also thrived in the extracurricular side of things—debates, speeches, volleyball, table tennis—you name it. I was honored to serve as the School Captain, a role that taught me the value of leadership, responsibility, and teamwork early on.
Currently, I'm working as an Internal Medicine Resident at NAMS, Bir Hospital . I've also gained pediatric experience at Kanti Children's Hospital, as house officer at KDC Hospital and volunteer at Green Hills Academy, where I care for students' health and lead awareness programs on preventive care and wellness.
Outside of medicine, I'm passionate about sketching, painting, animating, and design— creative pursuits that help me stay grounded and expressive. I also run my own YouTube channel, where I share health-related content to educate and empower others with evidence-based medical knowledge. I'm also on the lookout for research opportunities to grow academically and contribute to evidence-based practice.
To me, medicine is not just about treating illness—it's about continuous learning, meaningful connections, and making a positive impact in people's lives.
